    Awesome video!
I've been training for around 4 months and something we have specially practice is position on the court and never be in no man's land. Being in no man's land is something I see all the time from random players I play with that only play matches on a regular basis and never train. Also it is very common that people are rushing the net when they have lobbed the ball without recognizing the quality of the lob so most often they don't get enough time and end up in no man's land. And most people think it's their shot or racket that is the problem when in fact the position is off. I believe thinking about your positioning will get you further than thinking about hitting great shots all the time. Speaking from a lower level standpoint.
Anyway I didn't think much about it myself before I started training and learning the game but since then it becomes very obvious and clear when you see other playing.

Completely agree and sounds like a good focus for your games! Positioning is key!

I've heard the no mans land zone being called transition zone as well, which I think is a better fit. Because another rule to play by is to stop as soon as your opponent contacts the ball, to secure a fluid and controlled motion on your return. That means that rushing past the no mans land out of pure instinct of "never stay in no mans land" can be a bad choice if you end up hitting the ball while running (which was also an example in the video). With transition zone you develop the understanding, that returning a ball from that area is not bad, but continue staying there IS. It might be because it's more cut and dry when it's no mans land for beginners, and that the aspect of transitioning is more advanced and harder to drill into peoples head, but I would love to hear your opinion Sandy :) Been looking forward to another analysis video!

Have you noticed that the guy in the grey T-shirt changes the raquet from the right have to the left hand back and forth.

Don’t know how useful that might be… guess amazing if you can do it smoothly but might be hard to train. First time I saw a video of someone doing it so smoothly. I had a friend they played basketball with me and he did not have a preference. He had to pick one for his jump shot to put training hours on it

Switching hands while playing is not allowed in the rules since the hand strap is mandatory

Not really aloowed though, because you need to, and should always wear the harness around your wrist for safety reasons.

Seen it in tennis. As others say, not allowed in Padel because of the silly safety string rule. Not sure why padel needs a safety string when over more dangerous games don't but there you go.

Do you have any video on "when you should allow the ball to bounce on a lob?" :) Probably it's just me, but did not find it and sometimes struggle with that decision.
