Hello, thanks alot for this video.
My forehand stroke has been lacking for years, and have not been able to figure out what i did wrong. I was not able to attack that well on heavy backspin. Compared to my backhand that are very strong and i can hit thoose heavy backspin shots.
Watched your video, typed down the headers so i could remember all the details, went to training yesteday. Figured out it was my lower arm/folding elbow and not starting the stroke far enough in the back.
I managed to hit the best forehand attacks i have ever done after 10 mins of training it.
So thanks alot, i am looking forward to next practice to try it even more :)

I struggled with this shot quiet a bit. My problem was simply that I was not going from bottom to up. My shot was from back to forward. Thank you for showing this to me. I fixed it ( with the machine at least ).

Hi coach!In the video, you said that 90% of opponents will push back to my left side. For right handers, they, must stay with ready position at the left side after serving. But what about for left-haders? Since I serve mostly on my right side, does it mean I should get my ready position more at the center? Thank you. :)

Hi Coach. You said the arm should not be straight. At 9:18 your arm seems to be quite straight!! Why is that and what is correct? Shouldn't it be slightly bent at the elbow at the end of the backswing? Thanks

Chào Anh,hiện tại em đang có thói quen úp mặt vợt rất nhiều khi giật quả xoáy xuống. Quả thật bóng có độ xoáy rất tốt xong tốc độ thì chậm hơn. Em cũng có thử tăng diện tích tiếp xúc đi đánh vào quả bóng nhưng bóng lại hay rúc lưới. Nhờ anh cho em lời khuyên với ạ!
