You are a hoot, Heidi! Love your squatchy stories - priceless -and I get that same flack from my kiddos, who are only 6 and 8! But when they are reminded of and see the nice pics and layouts, they tend to cooperate (usually with some bribery LOL!)

I love you! We are of the same mind. I never liked to scrapbooking for the same reason you mentioned. To me it's a waste to do all that work for so few photos. Love, love, love your interactive scrap pages. I to have two too cool boys, who think smiling is forbidden. BTW, I have a lot of your products...love them. Keep up the good work. TFS, Hugs.

Heidi, I know what you mean to have your son give a deer in the headlights look. After talking to my son, I found out he didn't like his teeth!! Lol. He was 15. I made an appt for the Ortho! After that was all over ( 3 years cuz he didn't keep bands on!!) I would say, "you're allowed one crappy pic and after that show me that $3,000 smile!" Worked every time. He's now 35! Gorgeous smile!!! HAHAHA
Btw sugar chic is my absolute FAVORITE line!!!! Buttttt I have 3 boys so I was completely thrilled when my michaels got the industrial chic 12x12!!! I love the stack for boys...I have a 13 yr old a 12 yr old and a 4 yr old and it's perfect for any age!!! I just wish my store had your embellishments & other size paper stacks :(
How do you put them in the book:: Do you put them in a sheet protector? Or do you have a book and punch holes in those.
+Evelynrose Milham interesting points ,if anyone else wants to learn about scrapbook page examples try Jadonite Amazing Scrap Ideas Buddy (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got great success with it.
Put them in the page protectors. Take them out when your sharing with family. Then put back in
Cut a slit in the page protector so the interactive part sits on top

I like to use lots of photos too so interested in interactive pages, but how do you encase in page protectors? I use creative memories top loading pages.
How do you add your interactive pages to an album and still have them interactive? Do you have to take them out of the protectors?

How are you adding to scrapbook when using selves. Are you cutting a line out. Thinking of not wanting to have all the 12 X 12 page pulled out of book.

I too scrap with interactive elements, tabs with journaling that you pull out at the top. I have cut out slits on the sides if the protector for pulling out at the sides. But question, how do you work with interactive flaps at the middle. Seems like you'd have to pull the page out. Tips??

What a wonderful idea for boy pages. I have a boy as well and yes it gets soo hard at times to figure out good themes for them!m Scrapbooking is so centered around girls/flowers or sports/fishing which my son isn’t into since he has Autism Spectrum Disorder, so I’m always struggling! ANY IDEAS??? He of course loves video games, we all get bored of taking the same type of pictures of family members year after year at my house for the holidays. Some of the family won’t even let me take their picture anymore since it seems so redundant. I really need inspiration for these please anyone HELP!!!!

i love your idea of interactive scrapbooking...but how do you store your pages? if you put them into a 12x12 page protector - you are not able to use and open all those nice pockets or flaps :(

I've also seen attach clear pockets on top of page protector. Also make flaps over top of sheet protectors. Reinforced.
