I want to lose the weight because I want to stop taking this hypothyroid and blood pressure medicine, I want to be able to jog with my boys, I want to be able doing mount climbing, yoga, I can't because of my large abdomen and breast. I have been working out 4 days a week I am on keto regimen but Hypothyroid have made hard for my weight loss and medication is not helping on that issue.
The fat that we remove will never grow back. But, since not all of the fat cells will be removed, if you gain a significant amount of weight the remaining fat cells may get bigger. The good news is that you will gain the weight proportionately through the remaining fat cells in your body.
