Hi!! I actually brought my gear but you can rent very easily at the mountain ! Tons of options around Hakuba and all very affordable
Happo One is pronounced Happo " Oh Neh" (not the number one) Just an FYI I'm Japanese American and also used to say Happo One until someone there told me One was "Oh Neh" lol

Sorry, this is out of our hands being tourists. Here in Australia its $185 AU a day more than double the price you pay at 89000yen. Tourism generates income, maybe you should get a local discount. Your comment sounds like you are blaming tourists for the price increase.
