अगर इसमें सेपरेशन नही चाहते हो तो पहले स्लरी और वॉटर को मिक्स कर के इसे ठंडा होने के लिए 6 घंटे तक छोड दीजिये। इसी तरह लाई भी बनाकर ठंडा होने दें। स्लरी और कॉस्टिक लाई के सोलुशन मे SLES मिक्स करें। बाद मे सारे केमिकल डाले।

Yes you can ad 0.5grams per kg Formalin as a preservative for increasing the shelf life of your product.

We need PH 7 for those products which directly touches our skin , But Liquid Detergent is is not directly skin touching product we desolve it in washing machine or a Tub full of water. When it is desolved in as much water as we use in washing machine or a tub full of water the PH level decrease .I hope i have explained the point well . I made this liquid soap. It cleans and foams well. I made 2kg. I added 10ml of formalin. However, I noticed three things.
1. I put the liquid soap in a plastic container. After 24 hours, it looked swollen. I opened it and it spilled out like a fermented liquid.
2. It separated. The up part had foam. The down part was more of liquid.
3. The liquid detergent looked fine immediately after production. It was milky and smooth but after 24 hours, it wasn't smooth again and it's foamy. Not fine again.
What could be wrong? How can I fix this?

Wsalam, you can only use 10% Hydrogen peroxide.
Thank you Sir. One other query can you guide with the source of sodium silicate? In our area it is not available in small quantity of 1kg or 2kg and online is expensive or what else we can use if we want to drop the sodium silicate to achieve high quality.
