Will it work with Final Cut Pro 10?

I have a problem with balancing the gimbal with the Redmi Note 8 PRO phone. After the correct setting, the gimbal jaws tighten on the switch, which causes the phone to restart. After a slight movement, the gimbal calibrates itself but is not perfectly level. Can this quality be corrected in the gimbal settings ??

You'll need to balance it landscape and then press the ‘M’ function button on the side to go portrait.

How can I reset the gimbal? The led is blinking all the time and does not start. The phone app is connected through Bluetooth, ghimbal buttons are working to navigate in app, but the app is not able to see the firmware number and cannot do any calibration. Motors never start. It is any way to factory reset the gimbal?
Hi! You can hold the Power button in the "ON" position for approximately 30 seconds. This will reset the gimbal to factory settings and should restart the motors and the bluetooth.
@@BenroUSA I did it but nothing happened. Led still blinking and no sign of life from motors 😔

Hi! The pitch of the phone doesn’t need to be balanced, it only needs to balance along the roll axis. Hold the rear motor casing while testing the balance - if the phone doesn’t roll left or right more than a few degree it is balanced.
When I place my phone (iPhone 11Pro, not in a case) in the clamp so it's balanced, the clamp presses down the volume knob on my phone and turns the volume completely off making it impossible to record audio. Why did you create a product that clamps down on the volume knob on iPhones? That's careless and makes no sense. Also, why was a USB-C charging cable not included when I bought it? This was my 1st Benro product purchase, and it will be my last. Complete waste of money. Terrible
