Small community infrastructure grew with farming. As intensive crop and animal production increases away from community the commodity producers recognize the benefits of not supporting a local community. First is the cost of the water municipal which in turn threatens the commodity production systems. Then there's the cost of waste management. The school costs more to maintain than it's real estate value. The people get sick from intensive systems. The pollution is concentrated. The water sources become unusable for human consumption. Animals release deadly bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Crop chemicals don't mesh well with any population. Will intensive commodity production increase? That's where the money and food is folks.

Banks and governments get to sit on properties we as citizens get charged for. Citizens still have to keep up property taxes. Depending on state and location us reg folk have to keep the property looking decent. Banks and State govs however get leave dilapidated buildings everywhere with zero recourse

Per JLR, Tifany was President of the local school board (Keyes, in 2020, I think). He showed a document listing school board members and she was the President. Because he had that document, I believe it's reliable. This would likely be a way for them to get the keys to that building for meetings.
