Animals as Leaders are Animals as Leaders. What's new to add? They are brilliant. We all know this. I am thankful to be alive at the same time as such incredible musicianship. One thing I'd love is an AAL album or at least an EP with vocals. Different types of vocalists for each song.
You should check out ANY playthrough from this last album from Matt Garstka, makes you appreciate it so much more

They have actually done a few podcasts a year or so ago, it was nice! Think it just takes up too much time to prepare that alongside the rest of the content, especially given that they both have full time jobs and families on the side. Maybe in the future if/when they get a Patreon they'll do it again!
I actually liked the "intro" of the song the best. For me instrumental music peaks at Plini. Such a vibe

Would love if you guys checked out Chon. They are on Sumerian records too. Matt Garstka played drums on a few of their tracks. Different vibe to AAL for sure but just as interesting playing!

If you want an animals as leaders track thats more “pretty” and may be better for just chilling. I would say another year, para mexer, air chrysalis and even the woven web.

How old are you two? I get the feeling I'm somewhere in the middle, Dragon Ball Z was extremely popular between late elementary and middle school for me(maybe 4th to 7th grade or so) and I'm 31.
Johnny, I recommend you take the time to watch through it at some point. All 300+ episodes of Z and 130ish episodes of Super. Pretty good stuff 🤘
