Keep the water temperature between 75°F to 82°F (24°C to 28°C).
3. Filtration:
Use a reliable filtration system to keep the water clean and well-oxygenated. Angelfish are sensitive to poor water quality.
4. Tank Setup:
Include hiding places and provide a tall aquarium to accommodate their vertical swimming habits.
Use fine-gravel or sand substrate, and include live or artificial plants to create a natural environment.
5. Tank Mates:
Angelfish are generally peaceful but can become territorial, especially during breeding. Compatible tank mates include peaceful community fish like tetras, gouramis, and other non-aggressive species.
6. Feeding:
Offer a balanced diet of high-quality flake or pellet food, supplemented with live or frozen foods like brine shrimp, bloodworms, or daphnia.
