I think this adjust is only impact if u build sona like sona taric/kench build in ss9.
I still have trouble picking between ardent and staff of flowing waters. I would have went for ardent here since all the AD on the team. Specifically yone and panth
The movespeed SoFW gives is usually better as a whole, plus it ends up buffing your stats since it gives you AP. Ardent is when your team is very auto-attack reliant, which I don't think Panth and Yone are enough to justify it, especially with Ezreal. If it was something like a Vayne it may have been worth it.
Ardent Censer is used to enable champions with autoattacks, not AD champions. The item grants an ASPD + On-hit buff, not AD.
Yone and Pantheon are AD casters, not autoattackers, so if you had to choose between Ardent Censer or SoFW, I would always choose the latter even if they don't have AP ratios, because at least they benefit from the movement speed.
Still, the ideal choice actually isn't either of those items, it's Shurelya's Battlesong in this specific case.

When is moonstone second item over staff of flowing water?
I think the reason why Sona goes SoFW second instead of moonstone is cause her aura makes it SO easy to give everyone the SoFW buff. So its just really good value. Her healing is already pretty strong now with the buffs but late game if you get Moonstone it just gets better
