Thanks Brad! Gonna try this technique today for a group of 40-50 bros tonight doing a Mexi night up here in Seattle area. Lived in Slidell for almost 2 decades and didn't make it over there to your joint but after watching this technique, an episode on MC, and now with the muffalatta sign. I gotta get over there!!! Gonna make a strong effort this year to get over there to OS to check you guys out on the way to FL panhandle.

Why would anyone pull brisket? I ordered a brisket sandwich at a bbq cook off , and got a pile of mush and bbq sauce in a bun. Worst brisket I’ve eve r had.

I have friends who don’t eat pork, and this is a solid alternative to a pulled pork sandwich. Albeit a bit more expensive. Lol
