15 teams chahiye ISL mai and should play form September to April that is 8 months, during this period the climate is pleasant.
Football game ko baarish ke time mai bhi khela ja sakta hai then season can start by July or August as well, but September to April time is good.
Every team to face each other twice home and away every weekend not daily. Hence every team will play 28 matches which is I think is enough. Top team will be champion and bottom team will be relegated.

First, they should watch the forecast before planning competition. Then, they should make a good team management where every people of that team have a great knowledge and experience about how to manage games and if a problem happens how to tackle that.
About, trophy they should change now. Every trophy needs a change, a good looking trophy that people would interest it. They use this trophy so many years now.
AIFF committe should start to make a great management team now after this season end. They do fast as they can, but make a great management team.

I league 3(zonal league )is tier 4 league
State league is tier 5 league
Divisional league is tear 6 league
District league is tier 7 league
Block league is tier 8 league
winner of district league promote to his divisional league
Example: if madhubani district league start then 8-12 team which is based on madhubani district block name and winner of madhubani district league will promote in divisional league
So winner of madhubani district league promote in Darbhanga divisional league
After that Darbhanga divisional league start in which 8-12 team play and winner of Darbhanga divisional league promote in Bihar state league and after that winner of state league promote in i league 3 which is also called zonal league which divide into 6 zone means winner of Bihar state league promote in east zonal league and winner of east zonal league promote in i league 2 and winners of i league 2 promote in i league and so on
Isl is 14 team then last 2 team relegated and top 2 team promote from i league
I league is also 14 team then top 2 team promote to isl and l isl relegated last 2 team come in i league and i league last 2 team relegated in i league 2
I league 2 is 18 team and top 2 team promote to i league and last 5 team relegated to i league 3
I league 3 divided into 5 zone and each zone has 12 team and each zone winner promote to i league 2 and zone is east zone,west zone, North zone,south zone, north east zone
Last 5 team from each zone will relegated to state league
State league winner promote in his respective zone
Each stete league will contain his division ×2 or 3
Means asaam has 5 division then his state league will be minimum 10 team and top team promote to northeast zonal league
And last 5 team relegated to respective division
Divisional league winner promote in state league and last 2 team relegated in district league
District league team will be either club or block and each district top 2 team promote his divisional league
Facilities
Isl stadium will be minimum 20000+ seating capacity
I league stadium will be minimum 10000+ capacity
I league 2 stadium also 10000+ capacity
I league 3 stadium will be 5000+ capacity
State league stadium also 5000+ capacity
Divisional league stadium capacity will be 2000+
District league will be not seating capacity but it will be like 5000 + crowd will watch match either seating or standing
Then football fan will be come from all over India
