2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup chilled whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
2-3 tbsp finely chopped almonds
2-3 finely chopped cashews
Few pistachios
Sliced apple
Banana
Sliced pear and kiwi
Grapes and strawberry
Pomegranate
For Semiya Fruit Custard -
1 liter full-fat milk
1/2 cup mishri
1/2 tsp ghee in a pan
Chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios
1/4 cup fine vermicelli
4 tbsp vanilla custard powder
1/2 cup milk
Chopped fruits
