How to pair a Honeywell Home DT4R Wireless Thermostat to a BDR91 Wireless Relay Box

If you have an existing thermostat such as a Honeywell DTS92E or T87RF, the DT4R can pair to an existing BDR91 Wireless Relay Box instead.

Tried and tried to get the DT4R to pair… Decided to sleep on it and try again… Tried again and boom worked first time…Yes it was user error 😊 Thanks Sir, great video 👍🏼 Just need another to how to set the timer etc…

I found that i need to get very close to my relay box to pair it with the DT4R thermostat, which seems to be the opposite of what you stated. It now is working but I found it a bit odd that it didn't pair at 2m distance.
The wireless signal should work 30 meters away, so I find this strange. Paired many DT4R's here and all have paired in at 2m or more.

I cannot say that it is. We only sell the DT4.
I have two wired DT4s one floor of the house and one wired on another. I would like to change this one to a wireless so I can site it more efficiently. Is this possible or will the system get confused? Thanks for any advice
You can, but bear in mind the DT4 is only a 2 wired connection so you would have to have this appropriately wired to accomplish this.

Hi Mark, a BDR91 has 4 memory slots, so you could pair multiple compatible Ramese 2 thermostats to it, but not a T4R as this is a Ramses 3 product.

No, T6 is a Ramses 3 protocol thermostat so only works with the R6H receiver ( www.resideo.com/gb/en/products/comfort/thermostats/thermostat-accessories/r6h911rf4018-2-channel-wireless-receiver-box-r6h911rf4018/ ).
