I am going on this cruise ship in September and I got myself a virtual balcony and I wanted to see what the virtual balcony room looks like inside now I don’t know if my room will look different than yours, but just by looking at yours, probably it’ll be the same but mine room is one floor up from your guises I’m on the eighth floor so I don’t know if it’s different from room to room and different floors but just seeing your room really helps me out. I’m seeing what looks like in size so thank you so much for sharing this video it really helps me out. I am looking forward to my trip in September coming up and I cannot wait and, excited and just looking forward to it so thank you so much for all your help of your expertise of sharing this video.

So excited we'll be getting 2 of these interconnecting rooms but not until next Nov from Syd to the South Pacific.
Also can I ask we booked deck 11. Was that a good choice?
Awesome 👍 enjoy your cruise. Yes, I think deck 11 is a good choice because you're in between the upper Lido deck with the buffet and the lower decks with the royal esplanade. It makes it quick to just go a few floors up or a few floors down to wherever you're headed.

Great cabin review , now we know what to expect ! We have not been on a cruise ship in over 20 years. We recently booked a 4 night cruise from Sydney to Morton Bay and back on the Carnival Splendor in November this year 2023 as a taste test to get a feel for cruising. Then we bit the bullet and booked a 18 night cruise on RCC Ovation of the Seas from Honolulu to Sydney ,in October next year 2024. We will spend a week in Waikiki before the cruise. As inexperienced cruisers and researching which cabin and where , we picked a cabin with cabins below and above us hoping it will be fairly quiet on Deck 9 , Int Virtual Bal Cabin.. We also choose the Aft end of the ship hoping it won’t be to rocky when we hit the Tasman sea compared to the front of the ship. I’m thinking deck 9 at the aft end we will most likely be doing a lot of walking to get around the ship.
If you were to do this cruise which cabin and deck would you choose because you know the lay out of the ship.

Awesome! We were on the Splendor a few years back and had a great time. As for the Ovation, such a beautiful ship with so many amazing indoor areas. When we pick a cabin we typically like to pick something two decks under the Lido or below so you don't hear the shenanigans on the pool deck. Often somewhere in the middle between the promenade area and the Lido deck. That way if we decide to walk it's only a few flights up to the pool and buffet or a few flights down to the promenade. I’ve also booked 2 interior connecting rooms for family of 4 on Ovation, sailing from Sydney Australia on January 2nd 2024.
didn’t know what to expect as a first time cruiser and interior cabin is not as small as I thought.

How much time do we really spend in the cabin? But with that said
Sleep is very important to me. So this was pretty cool and a good blend for not so expensive
Everyone is different in how they utilize their cabin. Some are only there to sleep and others rarely leave. There are some great value cruises if you get an inside cabin. All the best and thanks for watching!
