நம்மைப் போன்ற சாதாரண மக்களுக்கு இடையில் சில விசித்திரமான சக்திகளைக் கொண்ட சில குழந்தைகள் இருந்தனர், இவர்களை பெக்கியுளியர்ஸ் என்று அழைக்கலாம். இந்த மாதிரியான குழந்தைகளை யிம்பிரின் என்ற ஒரு இனத்தை சார்ந்த பெண்கள் பாதுகாத்து வருவர். இந்த இனத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு பறவையாக மாறக்கூடிய சக்திகள் உண்டு. மட்டுமல்லாது நேரத்தினை கட்டுப்படுத்தக்கூடிய, மறுபடியும் மறுபடியும் ஒரே நாளை வாழக்கூடிய சக்தியும் உண்டு.
வெளி உலக மக்களுக்கு எந்த பிரச்சினையும் வராதபடிக்கு விசித்திர குழந்தைகளை இவர்கள் ஒரே ஒரே நாளில் மறுபடியும் மறுபடியும் வாழ வைப்பர். இதனை டைம் லூப் என்று கூறலாம். சரியான இடத்தையும் சரியான நேரத்துலயும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்க வேண்டும். அப்படி தேர்ந்தெடுத்து விட்டால் எந்த பிரச்சனையும் இல்லாமல் எவ்வளவு நூற்றாண்டுகளாக வேண்டுமானாலும் பாதுகாப்புடன் வாழலாம். இந்த மாதிரியான ஒரு குழுவை பற்றின ஒரு சிறிய கதை தான் இந்த திரைப்படம்.
