    "I didn't notice it".... Yes, and if everyone was colourblind like you, we'd have no problem at all. If they cast the best person for each role, and accidentally omited white males, that would be fine; a beautiful example of colourblind meritocracy, showing our society has moved past racial barriers. The trouble is, the exact opposite is true. They argue against colourblindness, and consciously discriminate against white male actors/characters, demonstrating their obsession with race, gender, (and sexuality?), keeping those divisions alive for the next generation. Too often, criticism of the approach ("positive" discrimination) is misrepresented as criticism of the goal (equal opportunity and diversity), so you can conveniently say "You're racist. Don't talk. Go away. La la la". We're not far-right. We're not against diversity. We're not against non-white people. We're not against women. We're saying you can't fight racism with racism. You can't fight sexism with sexism.
