Another really fun game is to line up like boxed mats or panel mats and handstand walk across. Some mats have to be bigger than others and smaller so you go from higher to lower mats. It's so fun and tiring and it gives you a good workout wile having fun!
Any one else notice that they are on the wall behind the tumble trak and their last name is Stitz

If you look them up on famous birthdays it says Meagan stitz and ceira stitz so it is not like they are hiding it
At my gym we call "the floor is lava" "lava tag". Everyone sticks a sock half way in the waist band of their pants. The goal is to grab other people's socks to get that person out. If you're out you go sit down. If your sock is taken or you touch the floor you're out. Sometimes the coaches will call jail break and all the people who were out come back in. You play until there's only one person left standing. That person's the winner!

*at the end of every meet season we have a sleepover at either the gym or one of our houses and we go to a water park or an amusement park and it’s so fun but we always get bored after a while so this so helpful !!💛*
we’ve done a few of these but not all of them😂 like we’ve done add on and a different version of floor is lava where we put different whether events like if it was flood u have to be on top of a mat or earth quake under a mat and we’ve done sloth😂

At my gym we played a game kind of like the floor is lava one!! We call it musical mats like musical chairs and we run around on the mats while the music is playing then when it is stopped who ever is not on a mat it out

I like to do a challenge called stick it, where you do skills and skill combinations getting harder each time and trying to stick them. It's especially hard on beam!

At my gym the floor is lava one we call island and there is 1 tagger or everyone for themselves( u push the other ppl off and try to be the last one on the mats) its fun

At our gym we set up a ton of mats on the floor and play mat tag. Basically for mat tag you have to stay on the mats and if you falloff or get tagged your it.
We also play add on its so much fun love you guys
