Nice job Mike, that should last a few more millenia now, if there was only a way to work that magic on the rest of that LandRover...

Thanks - the diff shimming became a nightmare as I swapped books and did about 15 different takes on how to do it - got a tad confusing but I think I made a simple version so it can be understood easy

About time for a cup of "Yorkshire tea and a hobnob biscuit".

Mike. For us imboseals, could one also explain the difference in gearing of the 1.2 vs 1.3 vs 1.4 ratio transfer gears ? Not sure we're aware of internals ! V.

Great fix for worn out holes, is it just landrover,s with a tow bar that makes these oval, mine 207,000 no tow bar perfect hole, great video 👍Mike, can't wait to get my bridgeport miller for next worn inter hole 😀

Mike, would the pressing of the bush been easier, if you had put the bush and shaft in the freezer?

Mike, did JP machine out the hole in the casing as well as fabricate the bushing for you? I would like to do this to mine as Ashcrofts sells the bushing too. Thanks!

Yes, he custom machined the two - machined the casing on his miller - pity I didn't have a few more casings available to do at the same time while it was set up
