Castlevania music almost always rules and Symphony in particular is amazing. This has been one of my absolute favorites for decades.

Huh. Always thought it was called "Dance of the Pales" because the castle's occupants were all, shall we say, hemoglobin-challenged. Never occurred to me that someone translating track names back in the day may have just had a Japan Moment.
I take Dance of Pales as the "og" for myself, the way you described, but Dance of Pearls and Waltz of Pearls are very good names as well, a fantastical track like this has the glory to take many beautiful names

To me, it is the overlay of cultured urbanity interwoven with undertones (and the odd crescendos) of tension and untrustworthy deception, which make this track so brilliant. Especially given the motifs of the area in which it plays.
YOU ARE LEGENDARY! This song is one of my favorite themes from the Castlevania Franchise as a whole. And you made it so elegant, delicate while adding just so much joy and mischief.

It’s a great time to be a Castlevania music fan. Michiru Yamane has personally been playing new piano arrangements of her CV and Bloodstained music on her channel. She goes into a long improvisation midway through each song, so each one is roughly 15 minutes! Really cool to watch.

Isn't this called Dance of Pales?
It was a mistranslation, the original first word in japanese could be translated as dance or waltz, but it has been confirmed as waltz in more recent material. And "Pales" was just a varia suit moment as "pales" and "pearls" are read the exact same way in kana. Similarly, there's a pearl ring item in-game that was translated as "ring of pales".
