- I've done a tier list of all of the abilities before in Plants VS Zombies Garden Warfare 2, so I thought I'd do it again, but this time specifically looking at the alternate abilities... Whether unlocked from sticker packs, Rux's Bazaar or bought with real-life money, I compare them all against their stock counterpart.

@@theamazingtommo I do see a lot more obscure abilities used in GW1, i.e. Long Bomb, Super Pea Jump, I guess because it's much easier to unlock them
It was never better than zpg so it really doesn't matter
Bean bombs can change the interval between shots to 0.2s so I think it deserves to be in big glow up for that reason.
You can stack stuff on bling unlike regular maiden

The bling Gatling is very underrated, although it only has 50 shots like the retro, it hits 14 damage and is almost as fast as regular Gatling, it’s basically regular Gatling with retro Gatling damage

I don’t see why the Zombot drone wasn’t in gw2! It could be a great pack ability with rocket drone as a rub ability instead giving us a bling reskin of another ability, it would give the stun mines more use AND it would balance out the underbalanced of drones on plant team, Zombies would have 4 drone choices (Zombot drone, Rocket drone, Parrot pal, Future parrot pal) and so would plants (Garlic, Dark garlic, Artichoke, red artichoke)

Bling Maiden is actually worse than Iron Maiden
The different hitbox makes it way harder to climb on which hinders certain playstyles a lot
Nugget mine pretty much instant arms so if there's someone in your face you can just drop the mines straight down on the enemy and deal lots of damage which could save your life. Regular potato mine's arming time doesn't let you do that so potato mine is more of a pre-place and hope someone walks onto it (usually placing it in an objective works best) whereas nugget mine is drop on the enemy if they're in your face. Different use cases. Nugget mine appeals to cacti's weakness (close range/closed-quarter confrontation)
Dark Bean Bomb is also used for different playstyles/situations
Heal Bomb is different use case
Future Dummy had one big strength: you can one shot any chomper in the game when combined with imp punt
Turbo Jackhammer has a shorter duration than the regular jackhammer, 8.5 seconds to 12 seconds

But GNVS, you can't speed ghost with ultra tackle, it should be below pointless amd should be in the garbage bin!!!!!

personally I think shield decoy is a sidegrade
it trades the durability of the other two for the sheer ability to say "fuck off" to 4 or so attacks
if your very agro, getting into peoples face, decoy is better
otherwise regular dummy is better
with future dummy being somewhere in between IG
I do think that dark bean bomb is better than the regular one. I would have put it a tier higher tbh.
I don’t care how bad Chomp Cannon is, there are few things more satisfying then getting a kill with it.

@@linkguy0877 that's a stupid argument. It's like saying that Water Cyclone is better than Missile Madness because it's harder to use properly, when the reason it's harder to use is because it does crap damage and is inaccurate, whereas Missile Madness does insane damage and locks on to enemies
@@GNVS300 yeah but long bomb is, first off, less expected, since most people expect you to run imp punt, this not only means they wont be expecting long bomb, but also means that they will (in theory) keep a decent range from you, which allows you to use long bomb effectively, and also it activates instantly, but not when bounced off walls, which allows you to yeet it over to them and get 150 dmg instantly rather than the short fuse of imp punt that most people will likely expect rather than long bomb and will keep a state of readiness, it also counters pogo peas, since the long bomb goes up, which imp punt doesn't do (as well) it also, again, has an instant fuse making it much harder to avoid than imp punt, which has a be it short fuse
