আগে নার্সিং হোম এর সাথে কথা বলুন সম্ভবত সার্টিফিকেট টা পঞ্চায়েত থেকে পেয়ে যাবেন যদি না পান তবে অনলাইনে পারমিশন এর জন্য আবেদন করবেন মিউনিসিপ্যাল থেকে পারমিশন পাবেন।

Yes you can apply, but you may visit the concerned hospital they can help you better . You will get the certificate from the concerned hospital where the child was born .
The online application site is janma-mrityutathya.wb.gov.in/
You can apply from here and visit the hospital for approval.
What is difference between Online Registration for Birth/Death of WB eDistrict website and wbhealth website? Which form should we fill?
If you are applying form edistrict you will get an Authorization certificate and panchayat will provide you the death or birth certificate easily and wbhealth requires discharge or dr certificate to get the certificate from hospital

@@iamOm_7 it will be signed by Chairman or Councillor but you need to visit the MC and its have a dedicated Staff for the Birth and Death Section. You must have to submit documents to the concerned department and you will get the certificate online by downloading from e district after that you have to submit the permission certificate with all necessary documents to the municipal corporation at birth and death section , they will provide you the certificate within 15 days.
