In honor of International Women's Day 2024, I want to pay tribute to an amazing woman who was my first major inspiration. Not only does she possess pure raw talent and produce incredible material, but her music, energy and image were empowering inspirations to me as a young woman in the music industry. I have been covering this song since I first started performing. I always asked the crowd to tag me and Alicia so that one day I could get on her radar. Last year, I had the chance to catch her attention.
