I have an adjustable mannequin that doesn't have princess seams, is there a way to find them so I can mark them myself? (I'm a size 4) Thank you, I really enjoyed this video aswell :D
Hi Laurie, I’ve been driving myself mad trying to do a full bust adjustment from a paper pattern but this looks so much more sensible. There is no mention of ease. Does that mean that by drawing accurately it will be the right size without ease being added? Thank you.
Laurie, you are the best draping teacher I have seen on CZcams! Thank you very much for this video and hope you will make more like this one!
Thank you for creating such a beautifully concise video
Your instructions are clear and simple and this video is a great resource
Lovely of you to say so. Thank you.
Wooww excellent video!! Thank you very much.
Great method! Especially if there is someone who can do it on your figure :) It is quite difficult without the mannequin.
thank you for this!! so helpful! :)
thank you u made everything clear :)
This method is very different than outlined in the textbook my class is using. I actually prefer this method! You're a very great instructor.
Very kind of you to say. I've worked many years, trying to improve my teaching.

Yes, 1/4" twill tape works great.

Is it ok to drape fabric over the dress form instead of already cutting it bdfore you drape?
do you mark the seam allowances on the paper pattern?
Hello! no in theatre we don't. we mark seam allowance on fabric.

I need you to draw darker lines on the paper. The pencil is very hard to see.
