I love your setup! My wife and I have been collecting and boiling for the past five years with a filing cabinet/hotel pan setup using pallets for fuel. It's not nearly as efficient as yours but it didn't cost much - got 2 gallons this year, a little less than normal. Keep up the good work :) (we're in Connecticut)
