- Pen y Fan is the highest mountain in South Wales UK, Brecon Beacons National Park and 886 metres high (that's 2,907 feet). A great way to spend the weekend in Wales hiking.
If you have hiked up the Pen y Fan in wales, visited Brecon Beacons or planning to, please share your experiences below.
I stayed one night at peterstone-court.com/

You want decent weather .. obviously. I went up Pen y Fan on a hot September day. Great experience.
We were in that area a couple of weeks ago and did a similar walk, which I recently posted on here. I love what you've done with your video. Stunning views in a beautiful part of the country.
Love Pen Y Fan, great video, well put together
Hi there Bijal.....I have been up Pen Y Fan on numerous occasions. The last time a great big Hercules transporter aircraft flew over head a coupe of hundred feet. Very dramatic and almost as graceful as the glider. Good to see you guys out. gourmet end and all. great video. All the very best. Mark
Hi Mark, thanks for watching! Wales is so underrated hopefully we can inspire people to visit!
Bijal Patel A pleasure to comment Bijal. It is a fantastic country. There is so much going for it. You might like our wensite, which has a fair bit on the Wye and Wales. www.wyeexplorer.co.uk/ Our channel might inspire also. I hope your friends and family can explore more of the country. Until next time Mark a new sub.
Really nice and informative Video Bijal, I am going up in October, to Pen-y-Fan and Snowdonia. I don't care about the rain, just looking forward to a slow walk, and enjoy my photography.
Hi Paul, the video doesn't do Pen y Fan justice. Enjoy!
