Not attaching anyone, just my opinion
a rumour is a rumour until people STOP BELIEVING in it. They have said that the Larry rumours has ruined their friendship. And so has the other members. A rumour doesn't just go away just because it has been denied. Shipping them as friends/ brothers is one thing but if someone shipped Louis and Harry as friends/brothers and calls himself/ herself a Larrie, that person gets the same rude comments as those who ships them as more. In my opinion they have BOTH said that Larry Stylinson isn't real. And even if it once was it isn't now. All I see in these interviews are them trying not to hurt their fans who and not knowing how to answer because everything they say will get analysed and probably taken the wrong way. And Louis did speak the truth isn't is disrespectful in a way many Larry fans have behaved over the last 8-9 years. They have both been in relationships with others but not been forward about it(at least not Harry) probably because they don't want their gf to get hate because she is with him and not "him". I know that this is not directed at every Larry shipper. But some. And even if they were together with a horrible or wonderful person I don't have anything to say because it's not my life, my choice to be with that person.

The Sweet Creature interview is literally one of the biggest proofs. He wasn't just asked if it's about Louis, he was asked if it's about his RELATIONSHIP with him. Normally he would've laughed and said "What relationship" or something like that. But he stuttered 15 seconds and ended up saying "I would lean towards no" which makes no sense because in another interview he said "Sweet Creature is definitely about one person", so either it is about him or it's not, he acted like it's possible that it's about their relationship, because they are in a relationship, just tried to let it look like the song isn't about it.

This story about Louis and Harry reminds me of two friends, they behaved in the same way they always denied that they had a relationship and even had their girlfriends and one of them a son, but over the years he divorced the woman because he confessed that he is in love with another man, but he had to spend 20 years to tell him the truth and everything he felt for that person, now the two of them are married and with two children and very happy
Maybe one day they decide if they really love each other or not but I think that the relationship that Harry has with Larry is real and no matter how much they deny it his body betrays the looks, the gestures, they are many things, they two are in love and there is nothing more to say
