I’m a musician, born and raise in Hatyai, but live in Bangkok now. Years ago I have concert in Hatyai and had Sofeeya in a box before concert at lunch that maybe they ordered in the morning or day before. OMG even it’s a bit cold it’s still damn good.

Hat Yai fried chicken is really the best. You were in the right place ❤️ That foamy Thai Tea is Southern style, "Cha Chuck", pulling up and aerated tea so it's became foamy.

But I would love to experience the delicious flavours of those beautiful moorish looking foods you educate us about every time. Which recipes would you recommend to try at home (easy in prep and authentic in flavours) ❤

I am sure there are fried chicken places but it will not be the same as this. I realised the hat yai style fried chicken elsewhere is good but no where near as good as in Hat Yai. maybe this place... maps.app.goo.gl/zAwPSSAfQcVNnKke6
