Kevin, trying to show some love for Aunt Tina and Uncle Clarence, cajoles his cousins into throwing their parents an anniversary party. But his plan goes horribly wrong when he stumbles upon a deep, dark family secret - Tina and Clarence were married two years after Warren was born, a little fact they've neglected to tell their children.

The writing on this show is OFF The CHAIN!!! I love it! Great timing and even Kevin who I usually find overdoes it, is perfect! Can't believe it only lasted 6 eps
WOW! REALLY only 5 episodes. DANG! JUST when I'm getting into it and wanting more. SHEESH! What happened here is a black family with both parents and wholesome children. Got canceled because WHITEY didn't want to display this much black family;y functionality.

Kevin is hilarious. I would have watched this if they gave it half a chance. But the writing is typical cheesy, cheap, standard sitcom fare.

you can see one of the writers behind in the back scene when he said "you're telling me now that my real parents are white". Right there in the back, i believe this is one of the WAYANS big brother : keenan or Dwayne...But you're right the writing is way OFF the freakin CHAIN!!!!

I think they are not hiding from the audience that she is a manipulative woman (same with Kevin) and people like that tend to be a bit hypocritical as well. To me, this family is a bit toxic even though the show is trying to promote family togetherness...and people are not all good or all bad.

I also am surprised I missed this show when it aired because I watched tv 24/7 and saw everything that came out. This show is extremely funny and the writing is first rate. Everybody contributes their comedy style perfectly and I have never seen Keith David play such a funny part before. He is always serious in his roles. This show should have ran at least 3 seasons.
