Lol, my morning routine is basically wake up get dressed grab my school bag an run to school cause I'm probably already late! 😂
I do all of this stuff every single day.
On days im running late, im not able to. it throws off my whole day. I dont get how people can just get up and go! im honestly jealous. i NEED time to fully awaken. i cant go to work right after i just woke up or ill be sleepy at work.

I'm a psychology student and for one of my classes (Positive Psychology) our assignment was a reflection Essay about gratitude and wellbeing which involved students writing about gratitude interventions that we did for 12 weeks, one of them was writing a list of things that we are grateful for and it did actually show that it improved our overall mood and wellbeing
