Jay is such a good driver he starts taking safer lines that both T's take he'll be 1 of the best in the city
Nah safer lines means slower, he just needs the consistency. T isn’t that fast he’s just so consistent that everyone else around him crashes.

The consistency helps though i haven't seen T get caught by cops in long time because he is safe with his driving and doesn't crash it helps in both aspects if Jay had been cleaner and not crashed on both races he'd have beaten T
