      @@nabilebraheimcan you make video on lumber radiculopathy ? I feel tingling in my heels when I stand up for a while. It goes away after rest. I also have a mild slipped disc history l4 -s1, four years ago. I got relief after Phisio therapy and Cyro but still I can feel some tightness after prolonged sittings or standing and my foots are now my major concern.

    I have had injuries and surgery on L1, L2, L4, L5 and S1 all of these symptoms are true.

    You mentioned the patellar reflex is Mainly L4, is there another source for knee hyper reflex?

    I'm into gym and exercise and I had got golfer's elbow but it got cured completely a few days ago. Now I have got a cold with fever and the elbow pain is back. Does fever worsen injuries?

    Hello sir,
    I have same symptoms, and recently done MRI.
    Findings- Mild posterior annular bulge at L3 - L4, L4-L5 and L5 -S1 discs noted causing minimal the al sac indentation and mild bilateral lateral recess narrowing. No nerve root compression. Kindly advise treatment.

    На самом деле так ге происходит . не только грыжа а даже опухоль до нерва дотягивается очень редко .
