cool, I am having difficulties finding mowers down here to flip. the ones I am seeing that could be worth it to flip they are asking too much $$ for them. need a motherload
Same thing here in Iowa. They want $75+ for a non running push mower. I have a rule that i have to make $100 profit, so that cuts out those mowers. No other flippers are buying them either. The days around here of mowers on the curb are very rare.😢
Already got into a guy that was selling a mower for $40 and saying his son broke the handle when it was the same mower someone had on the curb that hasn't ran for a year with the broken handle I called him out on it and said good luck selling it I fix them and put them back out there and then preced to say I don't know what you're talking about.And oh, did you go to that place and you didn't get it.and I was too slow I beat you to it and he fixes him better than I do . Now he change the listing on there trying to sell it for parts for $40 now he blocked me from seeing it but my mom can see it
@@rogermcdonald1607 75 for a non running ? The most I might consider is $20 But then it better be one that will bring a good $$ or I have to roll that $ into the price
