- The holidays are upon us - which means it’s the time for the festivities to commence! The first agenda for me is always picking out gifts for my family and friends and wrapping them all up. It’s something I always look forward to every December!
With that being said, I’ve rounded up a list of gift ideas that you can give to new mommies like me. These are the baby essentials that I have been using for the past six months - rest assured all these are tried, tested and Mommy Kryzzzie approved! There are so so many things in the market and sometimes it’s hard to know which items will actually be nice, useful, and perfect to gift. These items are definitely my newborn essentials and would highly recommend buying them- even if you’re a new mom yourself!

At 5:12: During my bf/pumping days, I just put my pump bottles in a zip lock and put it inside the fridge. This way you don't have to wash it after every use. I just wash it by end of day. This was recommended to me by my lactation nurse. 😉

Hi kryz, I'm usually a silent reader but I wanna share my thoughts as a mom. I love the things you recommended because we all love our babies. But I hope when you are going to gift a new mom please give her a gift for herself. Since I gave birth I just buy things for my baby. I wish you’d use your Doona stroller in the car when you’re with Scottie since it can be converted into a carseat. I’ve seen in your blog that he’s only held by his yaya when riding the car. It’s really extra protection for the baby. Here in the US it’s illegal to let the baby ride in the car without it.🙂

Hi Kryz! I love all your vlogs and I love it more now that you’re a Mom! Scottie is sooooo cute! I hope you’ll make the most out of your doona stroller and use the carseat, it gives me a heart attack whenever I see Scottie in the car without a carseat. It’s very important for babies to be in a carseat! Please please please use it! I just love your family soo much I don’t want anything to happen to your precious little one!
