I remember no one in parliament canteen , a gossip centre, where I was present as a private secretary of a union minister, has ever uttered a single word against him. This interview is a "must" view for every Indian. The recollections of a virtuous man spending a lifetime in un-virtuous times in Indian politics. The pivotal change is mentioned at 46:23. BJP (with Modi) has ushered in new politics in domestic context, and also, a new assertion of India as an independent force in international politics. Though the interview was conducted competently, my suggestion is that interruptions should be less; and the interviewer should not break the threads of reminiscence of a man whose memory holds so much treasure of contemporary history.
