Rebuilding a wrecked Kawasaki ZXR 400 - Part 1 (analysis and cleaning)

Finally back. What do you say to my new project? I had some ZXR 400's before, never in this condition tho.
By the way: bike has 39.000 Kilometers

I restored one, last year. It stood ourside for y few years. Was a nc23, the japanese modell. Absolutely stunning bikes
