- Today marks my one month of living in the new city. I came to New York only knowing a handful of people so this journey of meeting new faces and teaching myself to cook "real food" at home have been all new and exciting challenges. So much room for growth here and I'm so happy you guys can be apart of it all!

actually you don't need the dark soy sauce b/c it's used just for the color of the food and beside it's bitter.....my recipe for the dumpling is dark vinegar(2 spoons) soy sauce(1 spoon) chili sauce (1 spoon) and maybe sesame oil(???) hope you can see this
