I would have voted for them all the way from America. Their director shows her talent in her energy and excitement. The choir gave an electrifying and solid performance. They should have won. The gospel choir that went on was a hot mess. These girls and their director owned the stage and the night. Ms Veronica is that rare musical talent that is not seen very often. If I had any money I would send them all a gift that would help them continue this very fine work in music. They are all talented and a blessing to our world.

The sound of this choir is beautiful and the movements were amazing, everyone was moving together well!!! I love how the choir director got into it as well! All the girls kept great expressions on their faces throughout the entire song, all away around this choir was amazing!

What is amazing to me is the way these girls watch Ronnie and respond to her. The control and the way they follow get so strongly. And veronica.... She is amazing. The way she doesn't care what she looks like. She moves and positions herself simply to direct and encourage, not to be proper.

When the girls swayed from side to side, it gave the impression they were singing about a boat at sea. However, the lyrics of this song are not mean to be audible words and actually mean nothing but are a fantastic phonetic sound put to music which are so pleasant to the human ear. This was a performance which puts them right up there among the contenders to win! BRAVO! BIG APPLAUSE from me!
I absolutely love this and had to come back to this video again. The director, Veronica, was my elementary school music teacher in the 80's in South Dakota. She's only gotten better with age...I love her so much.

These girls will carry this experience for the rest of their lives; something to tell the grand kids one day. Veronica might have orchestrated it but the girls performed - I think they all (including Veronica) deserve utmost respect. We need more teachers like this!

This woman Veronica McCarron is sooooooo special. She is the last of AUTHENTIC, COMMITTED, DEDICATED teachers. They don't make them like her any longer. We have lost our way after 1980. 4 Decades of human waste. However, these Irish girls, hopefully, not ruined as we are here in the US, cherish bedrock values. Ms. McCarron lost her son to a terrible accident 😱in my State, South Dakota. I don't know the details. I.e., what for an accident? He passed away in 2018 at 27; sooooo tragic! 😭 May God bring this woman happiness in her later years in life. May she be reunited with her son when God calls her. Thank you Ms. McCarron for being the blessing in your own special...unique ways. God bless. 🙏

I used to sing in a choir in primary school and we also sang hymns in assembly anyway and I used to love it. Some of my fondest memories singing like this in a choir.

I studied at Presentation Convent, Kodaikanal, India. Learnt Music under Mrs E Gibson. Sadly the school isnt what it used to be. But I remember the fantastic Choir performances!
