One of the funniest interviews I have ever seen. RIP Tom Searle.
I loved watching these interviews back in the day. Tom was always funny, and Sam tried to be serious but Tom always made him laugh. RIP Tom.

Tom jokingly checking in on Sam's ego @ 1:18 and 4:00 are just a pure buddy moments. They even finish each other's sentences and never get salty when one cuts off the other. That kind of friendship takes years and years. Fuck, losing that would hurt. Hard. I'm so glad they have channeled that loss into one of the best albums I've ever heard. Holy Hell should have got a grammy nod.
Such a good spirited, funny, talented, influential dude. We lost a good one, RIP Tom

they make music for themselves, aswell as the fans, if they get bored playing technical metal or whatever you classed them as before, they wanted to move onto something different.
you never know, the next record might be more technical and heavy.

Daybreak isn't negative, it's realist through their eyes. Focused on political corruption/secrets (These Colours Don't Run) and interpretations of religion (Alpha Omega, Unbeliever, Behind the Throne, Even If You Win You're Still a Rat).. And things like that. It's not necessarily negative.
