How to prepare the best oven grilled mackerel

- This is a simple yet amazing recipe for oven grilled mackerel. Make this and enjoy your banku, eba, atsieke or aky3k3, rice, fried yam, abom,.... virtually anything with it.
Ingredients:
8 medium sized mackerel
8 cloves of garlic
1 medium red onion
120 grams fresh ginger root
1 bunch scallions
1 teaspoon aniseed (nkitinkiti)
100 grams kpakpo shito or any pepper of choice, according to taste
2.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon salt or to taste - Jak na to + styl
Friends I forgot to mention that if you're in the States, Norwagian mackerel is the one I've come to find similar to what we have in Ghana. Other kinds dry and some have bitter after taste. So kindly look for Norwegian mackerel. I once saw Atlantic mackerel and hope is is the oe we have back home. If you know of other that we could use, kindly comment below. Enjoy!!!💕💕💕

B4 u missed d blended ingredients there was blood I'nd pan where d fishes are.I think this is nt hygienic enough
If you've cooked mackerel before, or in fact any fresh meat, this should not be new to you, dear. When people order rare steak from high end restaurants and cut through it, it has blood which isn't deemed unhygenic. Let's be less judgemental love. Thank you.
