Someone did call out a member of BLM for not trying to stop black on black crime and their response was that it was not what blm was formed for and that if we want someone to stop black on black crime we should make a organization specifically for that. When the police arrived and were talking to witnesses the man hid on the side of the building watching the police till a witness pointed him out. He than began to approach law enforcement with the knife in his hand. "Fathers in prison...
We have fathers in the street that are leading this madness.."
When he starts with "Fathers in prison," I believe he means it as a question, as if to say "why do people complain about fathers in prison, when there are plenty of fathers contributing to the problem." I could be mistaken but if not, that hits the same as the words made immortal by the founding fathers, and from other leaders at pivotal moments in history.

One thing that is a major factor to a long term solution is education. I'm specifically talking about powerful education such as STEM or law.
Yes, some black people go into these fields but we are very UNDERREPRESETED. I always try to urge people to ENCOURAGE and cultivate black folks to go into these fields (especially STEM since that's my area of study)
I see many black people on campus at university but almost none in my upper division STEM classes. I think if we can inspire/ encourage our people to be scientists and engineers this can have a major impact over time. I always offer free tutoring specifically for black stem majors.
Let me be clear, I am speaking of the education not the degree. Degrees are good, but take the learning serious and you will gain power and know-how which nobody can take from you. I hate school systems, but again, the education is undeniably powerful.
Debt is another issue, but depending on where you live it can be 100% free. In California where I am you can get financial aid to pay for everything and give you thousands per semester on top of paying tuition! Please take advantage of this I feel our people are missing out huge!

Black Lives Matter UK had to change their name to "The Black Liberation Movement UK" in 2020, still keeping the BLM moniker, just so they can change their legal classification from a political organisation to a charity. This was done so they could legally fundraise and collect donations from the public. They had around £6 million in donations that the UK government wouldn't let them have because they were a political organisation.
