- Some people have criticized My Hero Academia by saying that its characters don't have much going on. While this assessment is accurate, it misses the point of what MHA is trying to do with its first season.
Scope: My Hero Academia anime season one.
I'm a simple man. I see someone talk about me, I hit subscribe.
Things should always START simple, it should never STAY simple.
"Ochaco is a sentient hello kitty sticker on a backpack full of sunshine and I luv her" ok, you earned the subs with that one for sure
"Ochako is a sentient Hello Kitty sticker on a backpack full of sunshine and I love her" is possibly the best sentence I've heard to describe her. You also got right to heart of the Bakugo matter - he IS utterly THE WORST in a lot of ways, but that awfulness is the crux of his character and what makes him appealing in the twisted way that he is. (kinda wanna go on a long diatribe on my theories on character creation particularly in audio/visual contexts, but I'll refrain)
This was way better than I expected a first video to be. Quality editing, well done.
Can't wait to be able to say "I've been here since 29 subscribers" in a while.
Wow, this was a great for a first video. Hell, it was just as engaging as gigguk's videos and just as well paced as digi's videos. I can easily see you growing as big as them if you keep pumping out this level of quality.
"This dude is a bird" freaking died when you said that XD
Midoriya is probably one of my most likeable anime protagonists that I've come across in the last couple years.
You should of had a deku counter.

y'know why I think Midoriya is the best protagonist?
FINALLY! Somebody who's able to see the bigger picture!
"Bakugo is unlikeable"
"Our favourite background character"

One of my favorite things about this is how they buck the stereo-typical shonen/anime trend of having the protagonist be oblivious so hard, that if anything, it is LITERALLY as far to the opposite side as possible!
Tokoyami is Tokoyami.
Muscle Jesus...
