Whats the amount of salt to get the weight correct?

I have the same obsession with the Deps bull flat. I just ordered a bull flat mold from the same guy. I’ll be ordering one of these molds next. Do you use floating plastisol when you mold the scat?

No I add salt and kind of alot. The originals sink quite rapidly. Maybe buy a pack of the real thing so you can compare.

What size hook do you use?

I think an offset #1 on the 2.5", a #3 or #4 on the 3.5" and a #5 on the 4.5"...I think thats right. No wide gap I only use offset hooks.
