At 21:50, I just wanted to ask for clarity as I go through the message again what MOG meant. Does he mean when nothing happens as in the accident/bad dream happens (negative) or in that case that nothing happens as in you’re saved ?

He means that when we entertain sin in our hearts and we experience a car accident or bad dream, and try to call on Jesus to save us from the accident or bad dream, nothing will happen, because there is sin in our hearts.
For Jesus to save us in a car accident or bad dream; God's Word and His Spirit must mix together with faith and repentance.
