Try costa sur. It's old but on the beach. Bring your snorkeling mask loads of fish in water break. Happy hour is great. With popcorn. Plus there is a day use fee if you own a timeshare day use is free. There were a couple of timeshares going for $500. For a week. I think week 33 &34 fixed weeks. If you would like more info.
