As a New Zealander, may I take the liberty of converting Clives temperatures from celsius to fahrenheit for our American cousins, as it may prove rather confusing. 25-30C is 77-86F whilst the lower temperatures 5 or 6 degrees celsius convert to around 41F. I would have hated you to think that night temperatures dropped to -15F. If it were that cold... you`d never want to visit us and try our special wines. 😗
