Fish the Trent at Shardlow when the power stations were in use could stand in the water it was that warm even in the winter

Great video gents, shardlow marina looks a cracking winter venue. It got me thinking what’s Torksey arm like these days? Can you still fish it? It used to be great when the Trent was in flood.

Maybe sounds stupid, but why not use one roach you caught as bait for the pike? Why you need to bring frozen (and dead) roach to fish with?

give you a tip when dead baiting for pike near boats in mariners get as close to side of boats I do this sort of fishing all the time and I am an avid pike angler neve fails trust me

As a parent myself I would not be happy to have a son of mine called this name on a fishing program for any one to watch.. I am thinking, perhaps his parents may have an opinion or indeed in years to come his children may find it hilarious for dad to be on tv being called Brenda many, many times each Vlog and yes I can comment and have an opinion.
@@colin1729 I work with Brenda mate, I can reveal that he loves it. Abit of banter between the lads! Maybe you lived a sheltered life and didnt receive such work place banter. If it’s someone calling you a nickname and you don’t like it then fair enough but when it’s about someone you’ve probably never met then no you don’t have an opinion.
