every time yunho does the 'yayaya' part, it gives me tingles, there's just something about how he dances that makes me feel a certain way, and how he's very precise with his movements and angles despite being the tallest members, because its hard to dance when you're 6ft feet above the ground which is impressive

Yeah, Wooyoung has been killing me with his dance since the Fever series started (not that he wasn't killing me before), but he's gotten exponentially more amazing these past four months or so. His freestyle dance has gotten really strong, and I totally see the western style of hip hop dance coming out in him. Not to mention his lines look so clean now. His increased confidence in himself is also adding to his amazing performance ability. Looking back at some of their old stuff recently has really reminded me of just how much they've all grown as a group.
Yunho is such and underrated dancer in the kpop industry. Honestly ateez is one of the groups where everyone is the main dancer😌

Wooyoung himself said that he trained a lot for this comeback and it shows, he recently recreate a dance that he did on mixnine back on 2017 and the difference is just wow like you can clearly see the growth since he debuted.
I saw that! someone also put both videos together. I felt so proud with the amount of growth from then to now 😌 even with his freestyle to The Leaders. from being someone who can not freestyle to being amazing at it, he has worked so hard and we're so proud of him.

the way each member has their own style but they still manage to be synchronised is what makes ateez so different from other groups
There's groups out there known for their synchronisation, but killing performance is a lot matter cuz it's more appealing n unique. That's Ateez we got here ;)
Yunho has a very special charisma and individuality that’s very present when he’s dancing, especially when he’s the center, that makes him very eye-catching, I find it hard to put it into words!
I'm glad that you noticed the changes on Wooyoung. He's mentioned before that he’s trying to change his dance techniques and you can definitely see the improvement since inception era. Honestly, his dancing and confidence skyrocketed and i'm so happy for him.
the way yunho dances the way he does being 6 ft tall just astounds me like his movements are always so precise and his lines are always so clean it really is addicting
Yunho has been my bias since pre-debut. And he's very clearly always been a talented dancer, but I am so impressed and proud with his improvement. He used to just be smiling all the time, which I Loved, but sometimes wasn't appropriate for the mood of the song. He's improved his facials so much, and he's learned how to harness the power of an intense almost creepy-ish smile when needed instead of a lovable dorky one. I think he's clearly grown as a performer and I'm really happy he's getting more attention. All of them really, ATEEZ are so fantastic and just a group of powerhouses.
During the part in 10:32 if u notice, the other members and the back dancers was doing 2 steps kind of footwork meanwhile Jongho does it in 3 steps and if ur volume was loud enough u can hear the sound of Jongho's footwork there and it's just so satisfying lol

Wooyoung seems to have really found his niche when it comes to his dancing, I think that’s the main thing that has helped all of their dancing to grow...they’ve all found that stage presence and their separate movement languages and somehow they all work together so well
I personally feel that Yunho's dance is very clean. You don't see many people who are 6ft tall and have clean moves coz things like jumps,sliding,flips etc. take more time for taller people and can lead to them missing a beat. Yet Yunho manages to have such clear cut full sharp moves😇❤️ He's amazing as an artist🤩

i'm so happy with this comeback specially with woo, yunho and yeosang, one can clearly see the improvements the three of them made and i personally think they really owned fireworks! seeing wooyoung dance with this new style he found for himself is so satisfying, you can really tell he's been working hard and i can't wait to see him get more opportunities to show off his dancing on kingdom!
I noticed the difference in Wooyoung in the “Inception” comeback.. his aura changed! This group is amazing btw.. im a BTSARMY but for me ATEEZ is the group that is gonna be HUGE one day!

ateez is made of 8 main dancers. seriously, they all dance sooooo well and their synchronization is unreal just like their stage presence. as expected from a group based on performance. i love them so much:(

They’re all so talented it physically pains me 😃
Even before the turn, Wooyoung leaned into it more when his arms were moving diagonally and his dynamics were subtly different in a way that made his movement seem more snappy, like a rubber band. It was so mesmerizing that I watched the fan cams of all the members during that part to see whether I had missed someone else doing it that way. He was the only one--the perfect center for that part.

I think the favorite part if this choreo for me is the movement during the "ya ya ya" part! It's so powerful and their faces killed it! Especially Seonghwa looks so fierce and I love it 🥰

I'm so glad you said that about Wooyoung because I've been thinking how much his performance has seriously leveled up even just since the last comeback. His moves are so much bigger and cleaner and more precise, with more confidence to go along with it. He's obviously worked really hard.

when you talking about wooyoung and how much he's really improving it's literally gave me goosebumps, i'm wooyoung biased since the beginning and also clearly can see how much he grew, he keep saying the he's trying to change his dance style and he did it. his aura is different, it's more powerful now, something shifted in him and i'm so proud of him. thank you so much for the reaction and the comment jeff !!

To add to your wooyoung comment, I think a major shift was that he wanted to grow out of his old dance style! He said it himself in a fansign (or a vlive, i forgot) that he was trying out a new style that wasn't just his typical sexy/wavy dancing. He's now focusing on cleanliness, details, and smoothness. He said he has been studying a lot of Hoshi's fancams and is trying to learn from him to improve his new dance style!

I love how they all shine equally with their own styles. Definitely waiting for Mingi to join performances. I miss seeing all of them enjoying the together.
This whole album is INSANE. The choreography is so damn hard, the 100% energy, no blackhole members in dance, and so much krumping type of dance which is one of hardest genre in dance (consumes more energy)
they're all so talented, skilled and charismatic on their own, and complement each other as a group
youre actually correct omg! wooyoung said himself that he’s changed his dancing style and he likes it better now. he said he worked really hard to achieve the results we are seeing. lately he posted on twitter a dance choreo he did predebut, and you can easily compare how much hes changed. both are done amazingly but you can see the changes in style as well as his growth!

Look I know San come out and killed us all but Wooyoung and Yunho omg the dancing killed me. Every time they come on screen I scream at the screen “you better kill it!” I love this comeback and it made Ateez my 2nd favorite group of all time honestly they might by my 1st at this point. Ive also noticed their live singing is more stable this era they've gotten better with pacing themselves.
jeff I remember you always says that hoshi's dancing is different from the rest of the svt right bcs ofcourse he is the main dancer, In ateez I kinda see wooyoung dance is different. I also remember wooyoung saying he watches hoshi's fancams. but im not compairing them, they are both very good dancer.

Been waiting for your reaction! Yeeyyyy! Yes Wooyoung actually said that he changed his dancing style. He recently did a dance vlive and he did a lot of freestyle. You could clearly see the influence of old school hiphop in his moves and grooves.

the point he brought up about woo's improvement was spot on 🥺 wooyoung has said that he has been trying out new dance styles/ improving on his dance style so his dancing has slowly developed throughout the years and it's nice to see that it's been noticed!!
I was watching a video on ATEEZ's Top 5 Best Choreographies and someone in the comments section was like go watch Jeff Avenue's reaction on firework he gives good reviews and tbh they weren't wrong!

finally someone pointed this out. there's just so much growth with wooyoung, i've been noticing this since their "it's raining" performance on immortal song, i felt something different with the way he dances until later on he says that we should pay attention to his dancing because he's been practicing really hard. I actually went on a fancam marathon since pirate king up to current just to check. lmao he's not even my bias. but i love 8 of them and mingi would have slayed this as well. This comeback was just a major glow up for them.
I love how he really pronounces their names correctly 🥰 This choreo is one of my favorites because *YES* it's catchy and also it's what made me become hopelessly devoted to Yunho 😂❤️🔥 Fact is that the members said themselves: when they feel unsure about the dance they come to Yunho for advise and he makes them feel more confident. They learn from him.
I think Yeosang has improved his dance moves very significantly aswell. I'm so proud of all of them honestly. 🤧

I like how you point out their growth!! At debut, Wooyoung really stood out for his charisma. I think (big emphasis on think cos I don't know proper dance terms) but Wooyoung's style was always a lot more fluid and smooth whereas a lot of their choreos relied on power (which is why San really came into his own with HALA HALA and Wonderland). Now, Wooyoung's really found a way to mesh his sort of smooth/fluid style with their powerful choreos. Also he seems to do REALLY WELL at anything with arm and torso/hip movements. Idk if that makes sense it's just what I see when he performs, someone with dancing experiencing please add.
That's interesting how you said some of their choreo might be TikTok inspired, I can see that! But I love how each time, their choreo gets better and better and they always seem to one-up themselves. As for their growth, you can tell everyone has grown! But Wooyoung and Yunho... idk what more to say about them! They are both VERY charismatic dancers and both have such unique flavors to their dancing. Of course, everyone has something unique to bring to the table, but Woo and YuYu popped off!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I love ATEEZ so much🤗they just wouldn't allow us to breathe this comeback😂😍

For me Wooyoung has always danced so well, I’m not a dancer so I can’t tell as much if he’s improved, I bet they all have in some ways tho. Yunho has always been amazing and I love his dancing, people just focus more on San seonghwa for the demon style and wooyoung for sexier. Yunho I feel like is really powerful in his moves (this coming from a none dancer lol) but he really always suits more of the ones where he can smile because he’s just always smiling and I’m the more playful songs he really shines for me.

Their capabilities as performers were impressive since day one, but they've grown beautifully throughout these few last years after their debut. It feels like, whatever rough quality each one of them had before, until now has evolved to be ten times better! But after all, challenging yourself to always move forward and be better, is a way to differentiate good artists from the great ones...

I think the biggest difference I see with Wooyoung is his confidence and trust in himself. He just hits every move so much harder. In older performances I remember seeing him turning his head to check positioning and just seeming as though he needed reassurance? Even just looking back on old vlive's where he would be trying to cover his bare face, he's come so far and I love seeing it so much!

I love ur reactions!! Being a fan of ateez a month after their debut, I really thought there performance couldnt get any better but it does after every comeback. Their dance skills keep improving. And I totally agree with u about wooyoung, I also noticed his improvement this comeback and I think he mentioned that he was trying different dance styles and monitoring other kpop dancers.
