It is a discovery of a set of practices to aid keeping the mind, body and spirit engaged and strong. The path of understanding the way is simply accepting oneself as they naturally are. One's nature is ever changing and is always the same, Taoism is more than just a philosophy, it is understood as being and practices towards the service and living to one’s nature. Taoism is acceptance in our lives.
